The ESPER Agent Classification Manual I

Welcome to ESPER, recruit. 

ESPER is a secret organization dedicated to protecting the world from the constant threat of Supernatural, Paranormal, and Occult evil which threatens to destroy everything. We have pledged to stand in the gap between the Darkness and the Light, and when the Darkness rears its ugly head, we'll be there to shove a beacon of Light down its shadowy throat.

This is the first official Playbook released for the ESPER tabletop horror roleplaying game, where you will find six Agent Classifications to help you get started on your mission. These are:

• The Hunter: A warrior who hunts down darkness with weapons, wits, and their bare fists.
• The Priest: A clergyman who saw things they couldn't explain to the Vatican, and now do their part to keep the world safe from it.
• The Scholar: An intellectual whose wide range of practical studies could greatly assist in our field work.
• The Skeptic: A tech-savvy brainiac with the skills to help uncover the darkness and learn more about it.
• The Investigator: A detective with the skills to track down the darkness wherever it may try to hide.
• The Occultist: A magician with not only knowledge of the Supernatural and Occult, but power over it.

All you need to play are a few friends, some dice and pencils, and a copy of THE ESPER RPG FIELD GUIDE.
