Greetings, Agents and Dispatchers alike! We know there are a lot of new recruits lately, and so we thought it might be useful to release a Guide to the ESPER Headquarters. In this playbook for the ESPER TTRPG, you will find the following:
- An introduction to the society for Extraordinary Supernatural Phenomena Explored and Revealed
- A brief timeline going back to prehistoric times and spanning every major event that led to the current state of ESPER in the modern day of 1987
- The ESPER Code, written by Merlin the Magician and Dr. John Dee to help guide the organization in its mission
- How ESPER scouts and acquires new recruits
- Mission Briefings, Protocols, and Debriefings
- A list of notable currently-active ESPER agents
- Other organizations active in the ESPER universe, both helpful and a hindrance to their goals
- Information about the Five o' Clock Shadow, the apocalyptic event constantly looming in the imminent future
- A map and tour of ESPER Headquarters, listing the facilities agents may avail themselves of between missions
Be sure to download the main rulebook, the Agent Classification Manual containing the first six agent classes, and volume 1 of the ESPER Codex containing supernatural and paranormal creatures to haunt your dreams!
